1) Enables them to understand the strategic importance of supply chains.
2) Reveals the factors that affect the performance of the supply chain.
3) Introduces analytical methodologies used in the management of supply chains.
4) Understand the importance of supply chain perspective on business performance and will have developed the ability to analyze problems related to supply chain design, planning and coordination.

COURSE DEFINITIONIn this course it is aimed to gain, from demand forecasting to ABC analysis at every stage of the process, which includes purchasing, production, distribution and after-sales services in the supply chain; an effective logistics management skill by equipping various issues from stock control to transportation costs to warehouse location selection.
