Qualification Requirements and Regulations

The Master of Science with thesis programme in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems consists of two phases: courses and thesis. Students successfully complete 7 technical courses (21 credits), Research Methods and Ethics, Seminar course and M.S. Thesis courses (122 ECTS). Maximum duration of education is limited to three years. Students should have a minimum of (C) grade in order to qualify a course. Seminar and M.S. Thesis courses are graded with (Y) and (Z) grades. Students who continuing their thesis studies are graded with (P) grade. (Y), (P), (Z) grades are not included in the calculation of cumulative grade average. Students who are graded with (Y) and (Z) for M.S. Thesis II course must repeat the course until administrative board awards the Master degree.
