COURSE DEFINITIONThroughout this course, concepts such as safe food from field to fork, enough and safe food for everyone, food rights are aimed to be taught. Also, knowledge about concepts novel food safety systems, presentableness, quick alarm systems, risk analysis and crisis control in food safety that affects consumer health will be covered.
