COURSE DEFINITION
During this course, basic concepts of nanotechnology, production of nano-scaled materials and their properties, nanotechnology in plant preservation and production, nanomaterials that are produced from plants and their area of usage, natural nanoparticles that are found in food, nanostructures that are used in food industry and nano scaled carriers, nanomaterials that are used in food packaging, intelligent systems and nanotechnology in food quality and safety will be covered.
