At the end of this course, the students; 1) It helps to understand human importance in organizations. 2) Understands the stages of data collection, planning, analysis and supervision of human resources management. 3) Gain advanced theoretical knowledge in the field of human resources management. 4) To have the technical equipment to work in international platforms. 5) Gains the ability to work together with different disciplines by making division of labor.

COURSE DEFINITION | The aim of the course is to understand the effective management techniques of human resources in food and beverage enterprises, which are labor intensive sectors. In this context, the assessment of human functioning and human resources management within systems, procedures and activities in food and beverage businesses will better understand the functioning of employees in the area of ethical practices during their management. Strategic human resources management, globalization, performance evaluation, training, employee motivation, rewarding techniques, change management and flexibility will be covered. |
