Qualification Requirements and Regulations

1. Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Master's Program without Thesis consists of a total of 30 credits and 120 ECTS credits, of which at least ten courses and term projects are not less than 40 ECTS credits per semester.

2. Students must get a grade of at least C in order to be successful in the courses.

3. The 3rd term project is non-credit and is evaluated with a Y or Z grade. The student enrolls in the term project course at the beginning of the second or third semester, based on the supervisor's opinion.

4. The duration of completion of the non-thesis master's program is at least two semesters, at most three semesters, regardless of whether they have registered for each semester, starting from the semester in which the courses related to the enrolled program are given, excluding the time spent in scientific preparation. At the end of this period, students who cannot successfully complete their courses and term projects are dismissed.
