COURSE DEFINITIONIn this course, all phases of the supply chain management process will be discussed from a strategic point of view. It is also aimed to provide students with the necessary management skills to design, organize, manage and supervise. Students will be informed about relationships between supply chain processes and other business functions, how to design supply chains, and how to determine the strategies to be applied during design and how to adapt them to field applications.
