COURSE DEFINITIONIn this course, basic elements and functions of communication, structural and contextual features of communication, and communication types such as verbal, nonverbal, written and visual communication, individual?s communication with himself, interpersonal communication, groups and group communication, organizations and organizational communication, mass communication, international communication, public communication will be taught. The significance of effective communication in the service sector will be emphasized and its positive effects on customers and employees will be mentioned.
