| LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT |
At the end of this course, the students;
1) Know the structure of housekeeping department and knows the subordinate units' mission and resposibilities.
2) Learn the relation between the other departments and Housekeeping department in accomodation companies.
3) Have information about cleaning methods, materials and equipment.
4) Learn the flow of information, coordination and reports used in housekeeping.
5) Learn the laundry service and executes.
