1) Will be able to know the basic concepts about hospitality and the process of historical development of hospitality.
2) Will be able to know the basic concepts about hotel management and explain the managerial process.
3) Will be able to know the departments in hotels and the relationships between the departments.
4) Will be able to explain the responsibility and activity areas of departments in hotels.
5) Will be able to know the duties and responsibilities of employees work in hotels.
