At the end of this course, the students; 1) Explains the methods of making figures from sugar paste. 2) Understands what steps should be followed and why in the conditions of storing sugar paste. 3) Knows which steps to apply when coloring sugar paste. 4) Decide on the type of product that can be coated with sugar paste. 5) Decide on the type of product that can be decorated with sugar paste.
