At the end of this course, the students; 1) Recognizes the types of cocoa beans, knows where the cocoa beans are grown and has control over the production process of chocolate. 2) Knows and applies chocolate tempering methods. 3) Masters writing techniques with chocolate and improves hand coordination. 4) Beyoğlu gains enough practice to make roche, mendiant and cracked chocolate. 5) Masters filling techniques and comprehends the construction stages.
