At the end of this course, the students; 1) Students will be able to understand Adequate and Balanced Nutrition. 2) Explain carbohydrates, lipids and proteins. 3) Can explain the hormones and enzymes that affect digestive and nutrient metabolism. 4) To be able to use nutrition information systems programs. To be able to evaluate energy intake and expenditure. 5) To understand the importance of water in nutrition.
