At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to accommodate voice tool for method while saying a word, repairing general utterance disorders, 2) Will be able to use language units (voice, phonogram, word, word group, sentence) learning features of accent, tone, strain and pronunciation and performing applications through texts about those issues, 3) Will be able to employ applications of establishing various types of texts and giving speeches through oral presentations, 4) Will be able to have practices and applications of the elements completing the speech in order to gain ability of rhetoric.

COURSE DEFINITION
Fundamental aims concepts and methods of Good Speech, physical and mental elements of speech. Studies on
dialogue, supplementary techniques, preparing speech for important days arranging the speech content,
elements of speech related to body, factors influencing speed, poem reading technique, argument, open
session, panel, forum, symposium, conference, television productions, diction and its importance, points
importance in the correct pronunciation of Turkish, correct emphasis, correct toning, text base practices.
