General Information
Teaching of Computer and Instructional Technology program has started to education in 2000 under the department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology.The aim of the program is to train pre-service teacher with the necessary knowledge and skills in order to integrate instructional technologies to the teaching activities, to have theoretical basis about how to design and evaluate different instructional environments and to train pre-service teachers as creative, inquisitive individuals who carry out researches in the field of instructional technology, and who have learned to learn through departmental courses that focus on developing audio-visual and interactional materials using contemporary information technology.
The graduates of department work as computer teachers in private institutions and state schools connected to the Ministry of National Education. They can also work as teaching technologists at private and state institutions that provide information services in the area of education
