COURSE DEFINITION
The importance of Turkish educational history in educational fact. Educational status before republic and the
foundations which were educated teachers. Turkish Educational Revolutionary 1: The background of the
revolutionary and the fundamentals of philosophized, spiritual, and political of it. 2: Tevhid-i Tedrisat Rule: The
history, content and importance of it, the secularism in the Turkish educational system. Turkish Educational
Revolutionary 3: Coeducation and Girls Education, writing teaching, national schools, public home, principles of
Turkey Republic educational system. Village Institute, Educational Institute, and High Teacher Schools.
