LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to explain law and educational law concepts, 2) Will be able to know Children justice and Personal justice, 3) Will be able to know teachers' managerial and social judgement process, 4) Will be able to know basic laws in Turkish Education System, 5) Will be able to discuss concepts of knowledge society and effects of concepts of knowledge society, 6) Will be able to discuss globalization and effects to Turkish Education System.

COURSE DEFINITION	The basic concepts related to law, laws related to National Education, consititutional basis of edcuation, rights and capacities of teacher, child rights and trials, legal arragements related to children, related trial decisions.
