At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to define basics concepts about multimedia, 2) Will be able to define multimedia instructional messages, 3) Will be able to discuss the cognitive theories related to multimedia learning, 4) Will be able to define the principles of multimedia, 5) Will be able to define the principles of multimedia design, 6) Will be able to create and edit pictures, sounds, video files. 7) Will be able to design educational software according to the multimedia design principles.

Introduction of authoring languages used in PC environment, stages of courseware development, consideration of screen and instructional design principles, design, development, evaluation and distribution of multimedia.
