1) Commits him/herself to voluntary TQM initiatives to provide added value.
2) Criticizes the functioning of the main processes functions at educational institutions in terms of TQM.
3) Applies problem solving techniques in solving the quality problems arising at educational organizations
4) Assesses the suitability of the TQM implementations at educational organizations
5) Describes the models and approaches as regards Total Quality management
