At the end of this course, the students; 1) will be informed about the basic principles of sports nutrition. 2) will learn application of nutrition to improve performance, the Nutritional ergogenic aids and nutrition of athletes in different conditions.

The objective of the course is to prepare nutrition/diet program for athletes according to body composition, nutrition knowledge, nutritional behavior, health status and social-economic status.
