COURSE DEFINITIONNutrition literacy is a course that aims to develop knowledge, skills and behaviors about accessing food and nutrition-related data, making analysis, making the right decision and applying it, maintaining healthy eating habits, choosing and consuming healthy foods at the required rates, and the effects of nutrition and nutrition on health. .
