At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learn the structure and characteristics of vitamins. 2) Learn the digestion, absorption and metabolism of vitamins. 3) Learn the structure and functions of minerals. 4) Learn the digestion,absorption and metabolism of minerals. 5) Learn the structure and functions of water and electrolits. 6) Learn the metabolism of water and electrolits. 7) Learn the structure and functions of hormones. 8) Learn the metabolic changes in fasting and postprandial state.
