1) They learn the structure of carbohydrates found in foods.
2) They learn the digestion, absorption and metabolism of carbohydrates.
3) They learn the structure of fats found in food.
4) They learn the digestion, digestion and metabolism of fats.
5) They learn the structure of proteins found in food.
6) They learn the digestion, digestion and metabolism of proteins.
7) They learn the place of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in energy metabolism.
