At the end of this course, the students; 1) To learn the historical development of quality and total quality 2) To be able to explain Total Quality Management and its elements 3) To be able to explain the concepts of Accreditation-Calibration and to know the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK) 4) To know the Excellence Model, the EFQM Excellence Model, the establishment purpose of the Turkish Quality Association and the Quality awards in Turkey 5) To know the Total Quality Management Application Steps To be able to distinguish the standard definition, types and standardization concepts. 6) To be able to explain the Quality Control Circles 7) To be able to use the Techniques Used in Quality Control Circles in Problem Solving
