This course introduces scope and description of organizational behavior, basic principles of individual behavior, values, attitudes and job satisfaction, personality and emotions, perception and individual decision making, motivation theories and applications, basic principles of group behavior and teams, communication, leadership, power, policy, conflict and conflict management, structure of organization, design of job and technology, human resources applications, organizational climate and change and stress management.
