LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT |
At the end of this course, the students; 1) Uses the basic rules of law correctly and appropriately. 2) Knows national and international organizations, laws and regulations related to Tourism Law. 3) Will learn the types of contracts made by businesses operating in the tourism sector. 4) They will be able to comprehend the areas where Tourism Law and Labor Law intersect in general terms, and thus, they will be able to have general information about the rights of those employed in the tourism sector in terms of Labor Law. 5) They will be able to comprehend the areas where Tourism Law and Consumer Law intersect in general terms and thus learn the legal ways that institutions operating in the tourism sector can apply.

COURSE DEFINITION | The goals of this course are to identify the key concepts of law, to explain the legal contracts on organizations, and to describe the aspects of the tourism and hotel management due to laws. |
