At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to know the legislation stated and applied in tourism area. 2) Will be able to have information about the legislation indirectly related to tourism (such as environment, forest, coast, national parks etc.). 3) Will be able to have information about the organizational structure and operation of Culture and Tourism Ministry. 4) Will be able to evaluate Turkish tourism plans and policies in the aspect of tourism legislation. 5) Will be able to know the agreements made by tourism companies. 6) Will be able to know the information about the basic law concepts and the law system. 7) Will be able to know the national and international tourism organizations. 8) Will be able to have practical information about tourism investment and administration.

COURSE DEFINITION
This course covers the present legislation for tourism and its applications, protection, development and utilization of the cultural and natural resources, environmentalism, the positive effect of correct planning on tourism and the contracts made by tourism companies.
