At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to make a new singular guest profile and reservation which include the information wanted with opera programme. 2) Will be able to make reservations related to agencies and companies. 3) Will be able to make group reservations and run the work related to group reservations. 4) Will be able to make the various front office procedure such as check- in, check- out. 5) Will be able to make the cashiering procedures. 6) Will be able to make the procedure of housekeeping. 7) Will be able to make the cost control procedures with Food&Beverage programme.
