At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to understand the fundamental concepts of Behaviour Sciences. 2) Will be able to analyze individual and group behaviour. 3) Will be able to improve managerial skills for organizational performance. 4) Will be able to understand, control and predict individual behavior, interpersonal relationships and intergroup relations in organizational structure. 5) Will be able to reinforce the theoritical knowledge with sectorial application.
