LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to understand the fundamental concepts of Behaviour Sciences. 2) Will be able to analyze individual and group behaviour. 3) Will be able to improve managerial skills for organizational performance. 4) Will be able to understand, control and predict individual behavior, interpersonal relationships and intergroup relations in organizational structure. 5) Will be able to reinforce the theoritical knowledge with sectorial application.

COURSE DEFINITION	This course covers the foundations of individual and group behavior, theories of learning and motivation, leadership, individual decision making and group decision-making techniques, bases of power and power tactics, communication and conflict.
