At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to have knowledge about fundamental concepts of businesses and their role in economic system 2) Will be able to know and analyze types of businesses and explain internal and external environmental factors and their influences on business enterprises. 3) Will be able to explain set up process of a new business entity, various merger, integration and collaboration strategies applied by the business entities. 4) Will be able to define the functions of business, describe the relationships between each function and explain the process of those functions as a whole. 5) Will be able to describe management functions, know organizational structure and managerial process.
