COURSE DEFINITIONThe student who takes total quality and service quality course can explain strides in business management field, list conceptional strides in business management field, examine roots and philosophy of quality concept on the development of civilization, examine the importance of quality concept in business management, explain strides about quality, classify elements and tools of quality, define quality awards and may supervise a firm in terms of these criteria, comment ISO quality standards and application process, schedule for a firms quality standardization.
