1) Ecosystem, community, population, flora ve vegetation concepts
2) Climatic features of phytogeographical regions and being able to suppy plant bio-diversity
3) Effects of climate changes in geologic era towards constitution of todays Turkey flora and being able to transfer Turkey flora
4) Being able to learn kinds and agreements in Turkey's Animal Bio-Diversity
5) Being able to learn endemic types of Turkey
6) Being able to learn watery areas of Turkey
7) Being able to show faunastic areas

COURSE DEFINITIONThis course includes diversity of plants and animals in Turkey and its causes. Basic concepts about the wild life will be examined such as; endemism, habitat, population etc. Extinct species, environment problems and global warming will also be discussed.

1st Week General view of Turkey's bio-diversity, reason of Turkey's flora wealth and range, History of Turkey's botanic researchs
2nd Week Paleogeography and slip of the contients theory, Turkey's flora origin
3rd Week General features of Turkey flora in terms of plant types and taxon numbers, features of big families of Dicotil and Monocotil, important kinds and numbers of Gymnosperm and Angiosperm
4th Week Our special plants
5th Week Endemism and our endemics, reason of narrowness of endemics, Paleoendemic, Sizoendemic, Patroendemic and Apoendemic concepts
6th Week Endemism and our endemics, reason of narrowness of endemics, Paleoendemic, Sizoendemic, Patroendemic and Apoendemic concepts
7th Week Shaping of Anatolia, Earlier years of Anatolia Fauna
8th Week MIDTERM
9th Week Crackling Fishes
10th Week Bony Fishes
