LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Know the concept of making a decision. 2) Understand the factors influencing the decision making process. 3) Learn the characteristics of decision makers. 4) Learn the types of decisions. 5) Learn the approaches of decisions. 6) Use the administrative information systems in the decision making processes. 7) Analyze the decision making processes in educational institutions.

COURSE DEFINITION	This course includes the concepts of decision making processes, qualifications and sources of information to be possessed in the decision-making process, problem solving methods, and developing solution options and building foresights in problem solving.
