LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Explains the features of adolescence period. 2) Interprets theories which are effective in understanding adolescents. 3) Sets examples for problems faced in adolescence period. 4) Offers solutions to solve problems of socially disadvantageous adolescents. 5) Plans studies for the families of adolescents.

COURSE DEFINITION	Within the scope of the course it is aimed to provide information about psychosocial development during adolescence, physical development in adolescents, adolescent health, behavioral problems in adolescents, family and adolescents, school and friendship relationships, adolescent sexuality-sexual information need in adolescents, adolescent pregnancies in adolescence, obesity and eating disorder in adolescents.
