At the end of this course, the students; 1) Defines communication 2) Knows the functioning and functions of communication. 3) Grasps all aspects of communication, from communication with himself to international communication. 4) Knows the properties, positive and negative aspects of mass media and some cuffs related to mass media. 5) Acquires effective communication skills in the public sphere.

COURSE DEFINITION
In this course, introduction to communication, the importance of communication in terms of children, individuals and society, the definition of communication, the communication process and its elements: understanding the communication process with the help of communication models, communication and culture relationship, communication and language relationship, the use of words in interpersonal communication, language and transliteration, messages and index structure, classification of interpersonal communication, functions: verbal and nonverbal communication concepts, effective communication subjects are targeted.
