COURSE DEFINITIONIn this course, different design principles are examined, emphasizing that museum designs should have a unique design and expression depending on the collection that the museum contains. The student develops their design language according to different museum examples. Social media sharing elements that stand out in the self-expression of the museum and certain slogans and stereotypical sharing models are examined within the scope of this course.
COURSE CONTENTS

1st Week Introduction to museum language and accessibility, 19th century museology
2nd Week Communication in Imperial museums (Louvre, UN, Vienna History museum etc.)
3rd Week Museums developed with private entrepreneurship;examples from the West and their language of communication
4th Week Museum and communication language in Turkey I
5th Week The language of museology and communication in Turkey II
6th Week Communication language and design criticism from selected museum
7th Week Project Presentations
8th Week Detection of deficiencies in communication language
9th Week Communication-media-public relations
10th Week New Media and Museum
11th Week Artificial intelligence and the museum
12th Week Sampling presentations from selected museums in the context of new media and museums
