Occupational Profiles of Graduates
The Program aims for highly specialized graduates that are able to use contemporary applications for the benefit of society who apply new methods in every level while considering "individual-museum" interaction, and highly aware of the problems, develop new approach and methods and build up staff upon solving problems.
Graduates of the MA program in Museology may choose to pursue an academic career or may be employed in a wide variety of museums both museums under the Turkish Ministry of Tourism and Culture, and private museums, in private sector, government offices, museum sectors requiring expertise in museology, collections, restoration and conservation. Our graduates are widely employed in museums, galleries, government offices, municipalities. They can work as curators.
