Qualification Requirements and Regulations

A student is required to successfully complete not less than 21 credits and 120 ECTS credits, a minimum of 7 courses, take the required seminar, write and defend a Master?s Thesis that composed of 60 ECTS. Seminar courses and thesis work are evaluated with a successful (Y) or unsuccessful (Z) grade. (P) grade is awarded to students who successfully pursue their thesis work. (Y), (P), (Z) grades do not participate in the general grade average calculations. It is necessary to have at least GPA of 2.50/4.00. Registration is renewed every semester. Then, completion of all requirements of a program and submission of all the following documents to the Institutes, students are entitled to receive a diploma:
? Jury reports
? Bound copies of dissertation or written work
? Three CDs of the recorded dissertation or written work
? The data entrance form and permission slip for the dissertation required by the University Library and Higher Education Board.
Only after all the required documents are submitted to the Institute does the student receive a diploma. The name of stem cell and regenerative medicine program completed will appear on the diploma. All diplomas are signed by the Director of the Institute and the President of the University.
