Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
A minimum of letter grade (C) is required for sucess. Students are required to retake the courses that they fail.

The grade (E) is given to students who have failed to complete the required assignments or have failed to take the end of semester examination due to illness or for some other valid reason.
The grade (Y) is given to students who are successful in a non-credit course.
The grade (P) is given to students who are in the process of writing their thesis.
The grade (Z) is given to students who are not successful in a non-credit course or thesis work.
The grade (T) is given to students who have transferred from other institutions if these courses have been accepted as equivalents by the Institute.
