Profile of the Programme
It is aimed that the graduates have professional social work knowledge, value and skills, are able to work with different level of client systems, in rural and urban areas, in governmental, non-governmental and private sectors as planner, organizer, educator, researcher. The program takes 4 years (8 Academic Semesters). Every academic semester consists of 14-16 weeks. Courses are designed for one term period and none of the courses except English courses has prerequisite. According to Baskent University Education and Examination regulation, lecturers are obliged to make 1 mid-term and 1 final exam in one semester. Besides, techniques such as project, field work, institutional visits, research, presentation and assignments are used. |
