Key Learning Outcomes

  • He/she has a command of basic business knowledge and transfers the skills to identify, analyze and solve the problems encountered effectively to his/her institution.
  • He is aware of the cultural values and historical development of the society he is in, and communicates positively, efficiently and effectively with his oral and written language skills.
  • It integrates the knowledge gained in the courses with the skills gained by experience in the application areas and develops solutions for the problems encountered in the working environment individually and in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develops appropriate and up-to-date strategies for the problems faced by the institution in the field of business and provides effective governance by using the necessary technology.
  • With social responsibility and ethical awareness, it plans projects and activities for the social environment in which it lives, knows professional legal regulations and applies these processes in a way that improves them.
  • Gains knowledge of general business, economics, sociology and psychology and comprehends strategies for human resources management, food and beverage applications, accounting and finance, management and marketing in tourism businesses.
