- To be able to identify the social and psychological features of students and apply appropriate evaluation and assessment methods in the light of ethical principles in order to support students developments
- To be able to identify objectives regarding their self-development in the field and choose and apply the appropriate strategies for their purposes, evaluate the state of reaching their goals and to be open to innovative ideas
- To be able to use the language to reach the information, share the information orally and in written ("European Language Portfolio Global Scale", Level B1).
- To be able to use information and communication Technologies and computer software to the extent that the filed requires ("European Computer Driving License", Advanced Level).
- In order to gain sufficient conscience with respect to protecting universal, national and cultural values and human & animal rights and about protecting the environment
- To be able take into consideration the important issues required for the student, teacher and parent communication and carry out the communication processes and applications
- Recognition of Turkish education system, educational environment and the associated recognition of being the dominant theory and practice
