Graduation Requirements

For students with a master's degree, they must have succeeded in at least 7 courses, not less than 52.5 ECTS credits, proficiency exam, thesis proposal, specialization field course and thesis work on the condition that not less than 60 ECTS credits; For students with a bachelor's degree, having completed at least 14 courses with 105 ECTS credits, seminar course, proficiency exam, thesis proposal, specialization field course and thesis work on the condition that not less than 60 ECTS credits, at least YT, CC or more letters from all courses taken should get the note. In this program, the student's GPA must be at least 3.00 out of 4.00.
The student has to register for the thesis study every semester, starting from the beginning of the third semester. In the seminar course; The student is asked to explain the details on the topics related to the thesis work to be done and the preliminary research, preparation and planning for the thesis, in a presentation of approximately 50 minutes, on the date determined within the exam period at the end of the semester. The seminar is open to the audience. The student advisor, who listens the seminar, decides on the student's grade by taking the opinions of the lecturers and staff in the audience.
In order for a student who successfully completes his/her doctorate program to graduate, the following information and documents must be submitted to the Institute in full:

Jury protocol;
? Sufficient number of copies of the thesis or study prepared, printed and bound in accordance with the Institute's thesis writing guide,
? Three CDs on which the thesis or study is recorded,
? The data entry form and permission document filled in for the thesis or study, requested by the University Library and the Council of Higher Education.
The graduation of the student who fulfills all the conditions for graduation is decided. Graduation has been decided; PhD students are awarded a doctoral diploma. In the diploma, the name and degree of the program in the department of the Institute that the student has followed is indicated. Diplomas bear the signatures of the Director and the Rector.
