COURSE DEFINITION
The aim of the course is to examine the changes in organizational and organizational communities with internal and external dynamics.The content of the course includes teleological, evolutionist, dialectic and circular theories explaining the phenomenon of organizational change and empirical studies carried out within the framework of institutions.
