Profile of the Programme

This program includes lectures that discuss the development process of the management and organization field from theoretical and philosophical perspectives. In this program, the process of conducting social science is discussed from various aspects. The courses cover the foundational building blocks of organizational theories, micro and macro perspectives in the management and organization literature, and different paradigms in the strategic management field. Additional courses also offered for conducting the quantitative / qualitative statistical analysis required for the design and execution of a scientific research.

The aim of the program is to train and educate scientists who will contribute to the development and progress of the field of management and organization. Correspondingly, at the end of each lecture, students have to prepare an article proposal about the topics discussed through the course. Students are expected to follow scientific congresses and symposiums in the field of Management and Organization. In addition to the courses, students are obligated to prepare a thesis and defend it in the presence of the academic committee.
