LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to comprehend the basic principles of web design, 2) Will be able to comprehend the basic web page elements, 3) Will be able to design web pages for educational purposes, 4) Will be able to create complicated web pages using the web design tools, 5) Will be able to develop content using Web editors.

COURSE DEFINITION	Web publishing and design stages, introduction to HTML, links and Internet addressing, design and development of a web site, main concepts and theoretical base in Internet/Web based learning, development of the skeleton of a course designed for Internet/web based learning, knowing main principles for design and development of a course in Internet/web based learning, importance of interactivity in such environments, technical problems and ways for solutions.
