LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to explain properties of sound, picture and video formats that are used in a computer environment, 2) Will be able to convert to different formats for each other through different software and programs, 3) Will be able to use effects like filters, animating among sounds, pictures, video files, 4) Will be able to develop a new educational material to combine different sounds, pictures and video files.

COURSE DEFINITION	The course will review computer aided image, video and sound editing. The objective of the course is to develop students' capabilities and techniques for editing different media formats and convert these formats to cross platforms.
