1) Will be able to define an operating system,
2) Will be able to explain the components and basic functions of an operating system,
3) Will be able to express the differences among various operating systems,
4) Will be able to demonstrate installation and basic features of Ms Windows and Linux systems,
5) Will be able to set security policies and authentication in a contemporary system,
6) Will be able to identify and solve problems originated from operating system.
