COURSE DEFINITION	Definition of communication and its process, organisation, school as an organisation, importance of communication at organisations and types of organisation, what is effective communication? Features of an effective communication, communcation and human relations, teaching-learning process as a communiciation process, suggestions for school managers for a communicational effectiveness, suggestions for teachers for a communicational effectiveness, communication and "we" consciousness.
