3) The need for sketching, its benefits and the ease of use will be comprehended.
4) The development of process networks depending of service will be comprehended.
5) Product realization method in QMS will be comprehended.
6) The need for setting goals using brainstorming with teamwork will be comprehended.
7) The need for validity of activity results will be comprehended.
8) The need for goals, input and control needs in social and group activites will be comprehended.
9) The need for determining written procedure and action in activitiy planning will be comprehended.

1st Week Development, evolution, accredition standart and implementation principals, teamwork methods in Quality Management System (QMS)
2nd Week The place of QMS implementations in social and work lives with customer focus.
3rd Week Process concept in QMS and its parameters' introduction.
4th Week Implementation approachess of process networks(system) in complex service management
5th Week Process input, development, output, action and operation mechanisims in QMS.
6th Week Social and group activity planning approach examples in quality team homeworks.
7th Week Detection of process/system implementation results, verification, validity needs
8th Week Mid-Term exam
9th Week Method of usage for quality networks, criteria, procedure and instructions in group planning activities.
10th Week Procedure, instruction and action writing tecnique in process activities.
11th Week Needs, procedure and instruction needed within outpatient service and labrotaries of a health organization.
12th Week Fact based decision making tecnique
